And by trade

The same services take a different shape depending on the business. For these two we explain it in full, with the regulation that applies and a project with its numbers.

Regulation we handle along the way

Four things Spanish regulation asks of a small business that almost nobody has explained to them. They are handled inside the project, with the reference alongside so you or your accountant can check it.

  • Verifactu and verifiable invoicing

Companies, 1 January 2027. Freelancers and everyone else, 1 July 2027

The regulation requires invoicing software that cannot alter its own records, and every invoice to carry a hash and a QR code. We set it up ahead of the deadline, not the week before.

  • Accessibility in e-commerce

In force since 28 June 2025

E-commerce must meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. Micro-enterprises under 10 staff and under €2M are exempt; it is worth knowing which side of that line you are on before somebody asks.

  • Reviews: you must say how you verify them

    In force

If you display reviews on your site, you have to explain whether and how you check they came from real customers. Publishing reviews without saying so is an unfair practice, not a design detail.

  • Kit Digital and retail grants

By call — deadlines open and close

Digitalisation vouchers from Red.es for websites, e-commerce and cybersecurity, and the retail digitalisation calls run by Catalonia’s Consorci de Comerç, Artesania i Moda. We check whether you qualify before you spend time on paperwork.

Small businesses and freelancers meeting the current call’s criteria.

What we need from you
Half an hour, and for you to tell us what you sell, who buys it, and what is costing you money now.
How long it takes
30 minutes
