A small studio, for small businesses
We know what it’s like to run a business where you are the one serving, the one buying stock and the one pulling the shutter down.
appnweb is a small studio in Barcelona. We build websites, shops and apps for businesses that already work on the street but don’t show up online — or show up badly.
We work with neighbourhood shops, bars, workshops, salons, practices and guides. People who serve customers, buy stock, invoice and lock up at night, and who don’t have a marketing department waiting for instructions.
That’s why the process is short and the price comes first. The less of your time we take, the better we’re doing our job.
Exactly how big we are
We’ll ask this on your behalf, because it changes what you can expect.

A studio, not an agency
There is no sales team selling and a separate team delivering. The person you talk to is the person doing the work.

Two or three projects at a time
It is what can be done properly at this size. If we say there is no slot for two months, there is no slot.

We started in 2026
We are new as a studio. That is why the prices are published and why Labs exists: so you can judge the work without taking a logo wall on trust.

No blind subcontracting
If something falls outside what we do — photography, a sworn translation — we tell you who we pass it to and what it costs.
How we work
We say no
If we can’t help, or if what you need is cheaper somewhere else, you hear it on the first call.
The price comes before the invoice
A fixed quote in writing. If the scope changes we discuss it beforehand, not afterwards.
Three languages as standard
Catalan, Spanish and English. In Barcelona that isn’t an extra, it’s the floor.
No lock-in
The domain, the code and the content are yours from day one. If you leave, you take all of it.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell Google rankings nobody can guarantee.
- We don’t build hundred-page websites for single-shop businesses.
- We don’t take a commission on your bookings or your sales.
- We don’t tie you to a platform only we know how to operate.
- We don’t show work as ours that we didn’t do.
Timeline
Half an hour, in person in Barcelona or over video. You tell us about the business and we tell you whether we can help.

- A straight answer on whether this makes sense for you, said out loud and without hedging.
- What we need from you
- Half an hour, and for you to tell us what you sell, who buys it, and what is costing you money now.
- How long it takes
- 30 minutes
Within two working days you have the scope, the price and the date in writing. No small print.
- What you get
- A two-page document saying what gets done, what it costs and when it lands. That number is the invoice.
- What we need from you
- Your tax details for the quote, and a yes or a no. We don’t chase you if you don’t reply.
- How long it takes
- Two working days
You watch it happen at a real address from day one. Two rounds of changes included.
- What you get
- A private link you can open whenever you like and show to whoever you like while it is being built.
- What we need from you
- Your photos and copy if you have them, and two one-hour slots to review what we have so far.
- How long it takes
- 1 to 12 weeks, depending on the package
We publish it, show you how to run it, and stay on call. Or you take the keys and run it yourself.
- What you get
- The site on your domain, the domain in your name, the code and the content yours from day one.
- What we need from you
- An hour for us to show you around, and a decision on whether you want maintenance or would rather self-manage.
- How long it takes
- A day to publish, then month by month
Where we work
We visit the business when it’s nearby. When it isn’t, the process works exactly the same over video.
